Deans review submitted application
Deans will conduct Interview #1 (in person or a video call)
Deans will review references
Selected cabin leaders will receive a conditional offer letter to sign
Those not selected to serve this Summer, will also be notified.
First time cabin leaders will need to do Interview #2.
All cabin leaders will need to be Live Scanned.
All cabin leaders need to complete online Abuse Awareness training (every 2 years)
All cabin leaders will need to submit an online registration form & pay online.
**SENIOR HIGH ONLY- There is a supplemental application that will get emailed to you once you submit the main JEMS Cabin Leader application.
After submitting your application online, you can expect to be contacted by the Dean from your 1st choice camp within 2 weeks. If you do not hear from a Dean within that 2 week time frame, please contact CynthiaT@jems.org
